Being a makeup addict and wearing makeup almost everyday, my brushes get quite dirty. Which brush cleaner would you recommend?
Most makeup brands carry their own brush cleaner, my favourite is Bobbi Brown brush cleaning spray (£15). This spray is free of alcohol, making it gentle on brushes. Ideal to quickly clean brushes, leaving them very clean and able to use instantly. I would recommend using this spray alongside cleaning your brushes with baby shampoo for a thorough clean once a month.
During a night out, I have noticed my eyeshadow seems to disappear, how do I make it last longer?
Firstly it is important to create a good base for eyeshadow to last on skin. After foundation, concealer and powder application try a eyeshadow primer, such as Nars Smudge proof Eyeshadow Base (£18) or Urban Decay Eyeshadow Potion Primer (£14.50). Apply eyeshadow after primer, this will make eyeshadow last for hours, perfect for wearing in a club.
