Hello girls,
Who doesn't love the story of Cinderella? Last week I was a very lucky lady when Morgan Taylor sent me the full collection of this gorgeous nail varnish.
With the Cinderella 2015 collection from Morgan Taylor anyone can find a winning, beautiful colour to add a magical touch for your spring style. As a nail technician there is nothing I like better than finding a nail varnish that actually creates flawless finish. My favorite colour (no surprise) Watch Your Step, Sister! Its a hot pink creme and very Barbie like.
Love the formula, Love the colour!

· Party at the Palace – Iridescent teal
· My Carriage Awaits – Coral crème
· Watch Your Step, Sister! – Hot pink crème

· If the Slipper Fits – Light blue glitter
· Ella of a Girl – Light pink crème
· Best Ball Gown Ever - Iridescent periwinkle

Herbfarmacy Product Review
Posted: 18 March 2015 12:44

Gigi and I were sent some great products from the lovely people at Herbfarmacy for us to try.
Exfoliating Cleanser
Replenish Face Cream
Rose and Echinacea Toner
Wash Off Cleanser
Mallow Beauty Cream
Pure Hydration Serum
Luxury Foot Cream
Working Hand Cream
Nail and Cuticle Oil

As a massage therapist, I often use essential oils in products, and the first thing you experience when opening pretty much any of Herbfarmacy’s products, is the wonderful fragrance that escapes. First we tried the Wash Off Cleansing Mousse, which feels super smooth and a little goes a long way. It easily washes away the day from your skin, leaving it feeling deeply cleansed and ready to be moisturised. The Rose and Echinacea Toner is in a handy spray bottle covered my face easily in just a few sprays. This gently fragranced toner tightened my skin slightly as toners usually do for me. I then smoothed the Pure Hydrations Serum onto my now parched skin, alongside the Mallow Beauty Balm. I have pretty dry skin, which meant that the lightness of the serum disappeared almost immediately. It has left my skin feeling softer and smoother, however, I needed another squirt to make sure it didn’t feel too dry. However, as this product is not really meant for dry skin, that isn’t a massive surprise.
I then massaged my wrinkles (brought on by parenting two bouncy children), with the Mallow Beauty Balm. This took a while to sink in, and stayed on the surface for nearly 10 mins, and has stayed a little greasy. I’ve tried this for a few days now, and can see a difference on the wrinkles I have, so I’m going to forgive the shine!
Gigi went ahead and tried the Exfoliating Cleanser. I have to say, she’s a big fan of it. You know when cleansing exfoliators can make you feel like they’ve taken away all your natural oils in your face, and leave your skin feeling like cardboard! Well, this isn’t like that at all. We loved the ease of it, the cream easily covers your face, meaning a little goes a long way. It left the skin feeling fresh and clean, but not scratchy or dried out. The Marshmallow and Calendula really make your face feel pampered. This ones a real winner, and it’s good for sensitive skin too. Recommended for weekly use, but can be used a little more often if needs be.
Gigi used the Replenish Face Cream after exfoliating, and loved the way it feels. Dry skin no more, and a gentle fragrance leftover for a while is a nice added extra.
We tried the Luxury Foot Cream on as many people as we could pull socks off! It’s massively moisturising formula, quickly revitalises dry skin, and the smell from the spearmint and lavender is heavenly. No cracked heels here, so bring on the summer and showing off our beautifully soft feet for all to see!
Lastly, we tried the Nail and Cuticle Oil and Working Hands Cream. Gigi who is a hand and nail supremo, tried the cuticle oil which did soften the cuticles ready for a gorgeous manicure. They were left malleable and easily pushed back before being painted. Lastly to the Working Hands Cream. This smells divine. Rosemary, Lavender, Peppermint and May Chang essential oils, and although it soaks in easily, it did leave hands a little slippery! This will be the many oils and wax in the cream. I will say that after a little while they felt very, very soft. I think you just have to give yourself a bit of time before you’re totally ready to rock and roll though. Enough time for a coffee and a quick catch up, and you’re away.
Okay, drum roll please… Gigi and I have picked a winner each from the pretty fantastic range from Herbfarmacy. Gigi chose the Exfoliating Cleanser, which she is still raving about right now, and I am a massive fan of the Wash Off Cleansing Mousse.
