Can I pay for my appointment in cash on the day?

No. Full payment can only be taken by credit or debit card and must be done before the appointment by booking.

What information do I have to give to book an appointment?

In order for us to book you appointment, we need your full name and address, the address of the appointment, an email address and mobile telephone number and your credit/debit card details. All your personal information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) (see Privacy Policy for further details).

Will I get a receipt or confirmation?

Yes. As soon as your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel an appointment contact Blossom & Jasmine on 084 5269 5937. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment will not be refunded.

What products will my therapist will use?

You can make a request for specific products the Specoalist wil be using by email or by calling us.

Can I have a beauty treatment and a massage by the same therapist?

Beauty treatments and massages can be performed by the same specialist, this only excludes Hairdressing and Beauty.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer a wide range of vouchers that can be tailored to suit the recipient's needs. Click on our gift voucher page to find out more.

Can I book an appointment for a friend as a gift?

Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details, contact number and email address, this is no problem. Alternatively you can purchase a gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment for themselves.

I want to share my appointment with a friend – can I do this?

Yes. Up to two people can share the time with one Specialist and split the cost. Anymore than two people would be a party/group booking.

How long will my appointment take?

It depends on the treatment you choose, however the minimum appointment time is one hour. When you book your appointment you can see the time guidelines for each treatment and for certain treatments you can choose the amount of time you would like.
